Returns Policy

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date as shown on the tracking information.

Process
To submit a return for an exchange or store credit, please click here and follow the provided instructions.

 Once we receive your returned order

  1. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm the new styles and sizes for your exchange.
  2. After confirming the details, we will send you an invoice for the return shipping fee to cover the cost of the exchange.
  3. Once the return shipping fee is paid, we will ship the new style or size selected by you to the address on file.

Incorrect Items or Sizes

If you receive an incorrect item or size, please contact us immediately with a picture as proof so we can review and approve a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

  • We do not issue refunds.
  • Orders may be exchanged for a different size, style, or brand within 14 days of the delivery date as shown on the tracking information.

Store Credit

  • Instead of refunds, we provide store credit in the form of a gift card.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items that are damaged, have an odor, or do not meet our return eligibility requirements.
  • If a larger size is unavailable and the customer requests a refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Additionally, the refund will exclude shipping and handling fees.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs both ways for returns and exchanges. This includes the return shipping fee, which will be invoiced before the new item is shipped.
