SHIPPING
If the items you order are in stock (UNLESS stated as a pre-order with an approximate arrival date), they will be processed and shipped out within 24-48 business hours (weekends are not included). You will be notified by email if an item is delayed in shipment or temporarily out of stock.

Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Mail, or FedEx and will take 5-8 business days (excluding holidays) to arrive unless you select otherwise.


CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 10 minutes of your purchase. Please contact us immediately as adjustments cannot be made after that time.

If the item is final sale, it cannot be canceled.


PACKAGE DELIVERY ESTIMATE
When considering shipping and delivery dates, the following factors should be taken into account:

  • Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing.
  • Processing may take up to 48 hours.
  • Weekends and holidays should also be considered.

TRACKING YOUR COLOMBIANJEANSWHOLESALE ORDER
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3-5 business days from your order date, please email us at support@jdcolfashion.com.

⚠️ Please track your packages. ColombianJeansWholesale is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may be left at your front door by the courier if no one is home to receive them. We have no control over packages once they are scanned as "delivered" by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Refunds or replacements are not issued for orders marked as delivered.
